RETURN, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

Users are eligible to receive refunds and returns if there are any damages in the product detected within one week from date of delivery, any discomfort with wearability or sizing issues.

Users shall contact the customer services team at kalonartjewellery@gmail.com to return the product within 24 hours from receipt of the product.

Return for products

  1. Users shall intimate customer care within one week from delivery 
  2. The Users shall be required to provide information including their order details, reason for return and preference for either replacement product or a refund, along with photographs of the invoice. 

Refund Policy 

For Users making online payments, refunds shall be processed within 48 hours from the time for request of refund and shall be credited to the User’s account within 5-7 working days, depending upon the bank of the User.

Exchange Policy

Users shall be allowed to exchange products at their discretion, as long as they inform the Website of the value of the product to be exchanged. Users may only be permitted to exchange products for others of an equivalent or higher value.
The Website reserves its right to assess every request for return on its own merits, in accordance with its own discretion, and if the Website suspects any fraudulent transaction by any User, or any transaction violating the Terms of Service/Privacy Policy or any other policy of the Company, the Website shall be entitled to act in respect of such mala fides. The Website reserves its right to record details of Users engaging in fraudulent transactions or mala fide actions and cancel their orders, preventing them from using the Services.
